Colton Underwood, a television personality, New York Times best-selling author and former NFL player, has become a dedicated advocate for mental health and the LGBTQ+ community. After retiring from football due to injuries, Colton founded The Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation, focusing on mental health support for collegiate athletes.
